Hey Everyone,
My name is Ryan Hawkins and I am a Junior at Kennett High School. I am 17 years old and have been playing drums for 12 years now. I'm the captain of my high school drumline and have attended Thom Hannum's Mobile Percussion Seminar. In this week long seminar I was taught by Steve Wilkes, a Berklee instructor in the drum set part of the camp. I participated in Guitar Center's DrumOff and in Shriners Maple Sugar Bowl All-Star Band each summer. I am in the Stage Band at my high school which is basically a credited jazz band. My plan for the future is to attend Berklee College of Music majoring in music performance and recording. I am the lighting and sound technician at my school's auditorium.
